If you would like to inquire about the status of your APS:
Please contact us by phone or send us a message including the following information: patient's first and last name, date of birth, health card # (including 2-letters verification code) and the best phone number to reach you at.
Your request will be sent to our APS team and they will contact you with the status of your request.
If your APS request has been sent LESS than 7 business days ago:
Please contact us after a week as it may take up to 1 week for us to receive and process the request in our system.
