If you don’t have any symptoms, have not travelled in the last 14 days, have not been in close contact with a positive case, and require testing for travels, you can visit select Appletree Medical Centres to get tested and receive your results within 48 hours.

If you require a pre-travel COVID-19 test, please ensure that you meet the requirements below:
You are asymptomatic (you do not have any symptoms); You have not traveled in the last 14 days; You have not been in close contact with a positive case.
I have COVID-19 symptoms, may I get tested?
NO. This service is ONLY for patients with NO COVID-19 symptoms (asymptomatic) that require a COVID-19 test for traveling purposes. If you have covid-19 symptoms, please contact your local Public Health.
How much does the test cost?
The pre-travel COVID-19 testing is not covered by OHIP and is available at a cost of $175.60 (tax included) per test. Patients must pay by credit card at the time of visit.
It's past 48 hours after my test and I have not received the results, what should I do?
Your test results will be emailed to you directly from Appletree Medical Group.
