What should I expect during the recruitment process for a Medical or Telemedicine Assistant position?

Our hiring process is comprised of 4 stages for a Medical or Telemedicine Assistant position;

1. First, you must complete the application questionnaire
2. Then, you will be asked to complete an English proficiency test online
3. A phone interview will also be conducted with a representative of our hiring team
4. Last, you will attend a group interview and an information session.

Only those selected from the earlier stages will be asked to attend the interview stages. A decision is made by the hiring team after the applicant has successfully completed all 4 stages of the hiring process.
